Who is Essential Mortgage Services?

The driving force behind Essential Mortgage Services is Michael Duong, Mortgage Advisor. Michael has over 17 years in experience in finance and banking. His experience has covered all facets of lending, ranging from loan assessment to training other mortgage brokers.

Previously working as a loan assessor for one of the major four banks, Michael knows all of the essential information required for an application before submission. His ability to determine whether a loan application will proceed for approval will ensure your loan submission is a smooth process.

Michael also held the executive position of Business Development Manager for one of the largest aggregation companies in the mortgage industry. His career profile comprises of managing over 100 mortgage broking businesses, providing guidance, mentoring and support to mortgage brokers, system implementation, home loan scenarios, structuring of complex loan applications through to compliance and legislation.

Strong relationships with lending managers, the combination of product, process and compliance knowledge accumulated over the years will mean you will be dealing with an advisor with the expertise to assist you.
